Chuba Mbanefo is the Senior Partner and founder of T.C Mbanefo and co. With more than 35 years of experience in the legal profession, he brings deep expertise, sound judgement , and practical approach to helping clients navigate complex legal and business challenges.
Chuba began his career with the Crown Prosecution Service in England and over the years he has represented clients before most superior courts in Nigeria. Beyond litigation, he works closely with businesses and individuals to structure deals , manage risks, and provide clear, solution driven advise on a wide range of commercial issues.
Chuba currently serves as the Honorary Legal Adviser to the Nigerian – American Chamber of Commerce and he is a Notary Public. He has also led professional Alumni Bodies, including serving as President of the Nigerian – British Association and the University of Warwick Alumni Association in Nigeria.
